- Coordinated, organized, and supervised a start-up company.
- Established budget and policy controls. Planned budget and programs.
- Coordinated the doubling of the company in production and assets.
- Coordinated the drilling, completion, and production tie-in of over 100 new wells throughout the Rocky Mountain States.
- Assisted in planning, design, construction, and operation of treating and processing systems including state of the art acid gas disposal systems whereby H2S was pumped into sub-surface disposal formations in the liquid state.
- Coordinated an active exploration program. Doubled acreage holdings. Drilled and completed over 20 exploratory wells.
